Give me a microphone and I’ll talk! Still, like everything else I do, when I speak in front of any group the conversation is not about me. It’s always about what everyone out there is trying to make happen. A short time ago I was fortunate to have the opportunity to speak at an education conference. The subject of my session was “Leadership at the Tipping Point.” I believe we moved the needle that day. Sixty or so people left with a game plan to begin addressing their most challenging tasks from a place of creativity and purpose rather than anxiety and reactiveness. What’s more, there is nothing off-the-shelf about my Leadership Coaching Speaking Engagements. Whether it’s a keynote talk, workshop, or breakout session, I start each talk with a blank piece of paper and write something that uniquely fits the audience.
